First Line EMS is developing a specialized operations branch designed to support high-risk, high-complexity, and mission-driven environments that go beyond standard event medical coverage. Our Special Operations Division will integrate advanced capabilities—Tactical EMS (TEMS), Concierge EMT services, Search and Rescue support, and Aviation/Drone operations—to bring a higher level of readiness, flexibility, and technical capability to agencies, organizations, and private clients.

Tactical Emergency Medical Support (TEMS)

Our future TEMS teams will be trained to operate alongside law enforcement and tactical units during high-risk operations such as warrant services, barricaded subjects, dignitary protection, or special law enforcement deployments. These EMTs will be equipped and trained for austere settings, rapid extraction, and immediate treatment of life-threatening trauma under pressure. The focus is to enhance officer safety, reduce transport delays, and provide on-scene medical capabilities during critical incidents.

Concierge EMT Services

Concierge EMTs will provide personalized medical coverage for private clients, executive groups, productions, and high-profile individuals who require discreet, reliable standby care. This service offers tailored medical oversight, travel support, and rapid response capabilities in both public and private settings. It is designed for clients who need the presence of a medical professional without the formality of a full event operation.

Search and Rescue (SAR) Support

Our planned Search and Rescue unit will be capable of supporting missing-person operations, wilderness searches, natural disasters, and large-area sweeps. SAR EMTs will be trained in navigation, lost-person behavior, land search techniques, terrain-based operations, and extended-care scenarios. This capability ensures we can assist agencies, communities, and private entities during time-sensitive search operations.

Aviation & Drone Operations

The future Aviation/Drone Unit will utilize FAA-compliant UAVs for aerial monitoring, crowd assessment, scene mapping, search operations, and thermal imaging. These capabilities will greatly improve situational awareness during large events, search missions, and emergency responses. Drone support enables faster detection of hazards, identification of patients or missing individuals, and enhanced coordination with ground crews.
